No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of any products supplied by Hope & Chances Creativity.
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to manage your order/request specifically unless you provide permission for it to be used in another manner, for example to add you to our News and Offers subscriber list.
We may need to share your information to third parties e.g. delivery companies or credit card companies in relation to your order or because we are required to do so by law. We will not pass on your personal information to any third party for mailing or marketing purposes. If you subscribe to the News and Offers subscriber list we receive your name and email address and this data is held by Mailchimp. Whenever you receive an email from us you are given the option to unsubscribe.
- Google Analytics – this helps see how our site is being used and ultimately how we can make it better for you to use.
- Google Maps – the map on the contact page is provided by Google. These cookies allow Google Maps to remember which browser you are using and what preferences you have set when you view maps.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
You are responsible for the safe return of any items.
Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.
A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item has been sent. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 3 days of delivery.
