Royal Mail Second Class:
- £1.96 for orders up to £20.00
- £2.95 for orders up to £40.00
- £3.96 for orders up to £50.00
- FREE for orders over £50.00
The prices may increase if you are buying particularly heavy items such as die cutting machines or if you wish to order from overseas – please email for further details. Please note that any charges for customs/import duties remain your responsibility.

No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of any products supplied by Hope & Chances Creativity.
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to manage your order/request specifically unless you provide permission for it to be used in another manner, for example to add you to our newsletter subscriber list.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
P&P costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the safe return of any items.
Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.
A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item has been sent. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 3 days of delivery.
